Iâm Ira a certified personal trainer passionate about guiding women to feel strong, balanced, and in tune with their bodies. My approach goes beyond reps and setsâit's about honoring your unique physiology and working with your menstrual cycle, not against it.
Irina is a fantastic trainer. She introduced the calisthenics to me and I love it so much! She pays a lot of attention to little details in my posture and makes sure I do the exercises in a correct way. She also adapts the training to my needs and my preferences.
